How to react to your daily living in a mindful way.

Wearing - Have basic seasonal items. You do not need to have a room closet instead a capsule one will bring you essential items that you need for that season. Do yourself a clean and tidy look always and wear nude make up. Stop spoiling your skin type and apply nature ingredients cosmetic to reduce the burden on your skin. This is the secret to keep it glow and shine.


Balance - Nourish yourself clean dish, Don't over consume food more than your body can accomodate. Eat veggie and less meat, A good balance diet will bring you benefits to your body and less calories. Exericse is the key thing for your body. Stay fit and eat right. Don't waste time on unhealthy habits on your diets.


Living - Take more time to go to a relaxing place, a simple coffee treat, a walk along the park, picnic in the garden might gain with you a connection with the nature and open up your mind with good amount of wellness. At home, play some soft music and prepare a good simple veggie meal and enjoy with your good firends. Spend quality time with each others will alter your mood into state of calmness.
