For many meat lovers, eating meat is a paradise. Living in the city, quick lunch will fill our stomach and most dish serves in the market contains meat. With no doubt, after a busy working schedule for the whole day, we would prefer to sniff a taste of the meat to satified our need of food. And meat also symbolize a sense of strong and tasty. Particullary in the business world, we look for the meat to entertain our taste buds.


Turing to eat vege lasso is a personal choice. The big difference between eating meat and only vegetable makes you feel you are in control. Sometimes, meat suckers rely on the eating desire to consumer as many meat as possbile to maintain a high level of meat intake. The benefit of eating vegetables helps with your weight control and also overseeing your healthy issue. Emotional it is less aggressive than taking meat. There is no medical proof as this is a personal account.


From a bigger perspective, it helps damage less the environment and the choice of vegetables is vary and reminds us the relationship between nature and human. We should avoid overcomsumption to give back the evironment and allow space to growth.


In that case to start with, try making simple dish. In the morning, make yourself a healthy drink and eating sour dough for breakfast. It will make your day.
