A toddler wake up in the morining and full of tears. It is a pity that she is suffering from the moment of hungry.
Adults may come across the lacking of food intake in our life. In a almost developed place, it is a sad story. We go to work and hunt for food. We are hungry for abdundant intake and eventually costs ourselves into healthy issue.
Comfort food is a natural theraphy that helps people to pass throught difficult times. It is a relife if we could rely of the food that give us a temporary meoment of leisure to escape from painful feeling. It is commone in western society. The intake gives us a sense of security to release the pressue from inside out. It doesn't mean the problem is solve or is it happier after the food intake. It become more common when we have emotional problems.
Sometime to cure the sadness, a onetime crazy food intake could help. For long-time, mindfulness practise could helps us to take away the emotion that tiggers the abnormal beharvor. It is a long run for being clam and undistorted yourself. It is a kind of caring about your own wellness.
I used to be a pound girl. In order to get ride of my weight, I tried to cut down the consumption of rice. It was a mistake. When I encountered emtional tumor, it striked me like thunderstorm and it was crazy to be crazy. The lack of substance was missing in my DNA.
Food is a present to all who take it in proper manner. I trust that a clean diet will show us pleasure and happiness. Next time, take the food that you think it is not obsessive and admire the thought when you are sucking with food.
