In the hustle and bustle city life, we crave for eating heavy meal for a day especially lunch time. The aim is to compensate our energy that we burn out during workplace time. Eventually, we are turning up excessive intake than what our body requires in the onset. This is the major casuse of urban disease. High pressure and high comsumption of meat. Most workers enjoy the taste of grease and the fatty acid that gives a mouthful of favour and sweating our body with losts of fun and amusment.
What is the benefit of having a healthy diet? Does it mean to cut down the comsumption? No, but consume the amount that our body really need with lots of green elements. The idea set of lunch is to acquire a full bowl of vegetables with less meat to fulfil our body metabolism and to energize the inner ciruculation of our body system. Less meat or with clean dish, you will find yourself refreshing like drinking a glass of spirit that refresh your memory and awake your body into a balance format.
Eating seems easy but knowing how to eat could be a trick.
Highly recommed a french dish of farmer's vegetable soup. It has all the good ingredients that serve our stomach and most importantly it give a sense of contentment to fill up our taste buds.
