Small dish, Big Meal

In tradtional eating, we prefer to consume dish with bigger meal and adore the french way of dedication with fine dinning. Our body is tricky in taste, usually the first bite is the most delicious, After the consumption reaches its mazimum, we realize that the food is food itself.
The benefit to have small dish is to realize what we are eating to taste the food and allow time for digestion. This is medical proof. For girls who are undergoing devil training might take this into account. Eating is a pleasant thing to do espceially when the food is beautifully decorated.
However, there are some areas is still undergoing proverty. Source of water might be clean now. Lack of food is undeniable. It is lucky that we are living in a very rich environment that food supply is always steady.
Think of those who are living in remote areas with not proper meal and jobs to sustain their living. It is a good reminder that we should eat what we eat. Wasting food is not a good habbit. We should take every bite a second thougth. What we have been served and less waste food to make bigger meal for the others.
