Zen: the Chinese way

We seldom think about seriously to slow down. We used to live in a hustle and bustle city full of temptations. Until the very moment, we discover the beauty of zen in our living.


How it could be done in a more Chinese way? The first think come into my mind is slow down your speed. No rushing to work, allow ample of time to wake up in the morning to prepare for the strat of the day. Do exercise daily to increase your capacity to your mental healthy. Alter your working manner and become a person to find value in your work.


Outside work hour, spend time to relax or be a voluteer. You will gain insight of your livng. And eventually find energy and motivation for your work. Working life is passive and boring, if you find the true meanings in your work rather than looking at the figures.

You are praticing work-life balance and re-consider how work is a life-saving event.


Earn money to build a good lifesytle and ehnace yourselves with good expereience. Don't waste money to indugle in bad habits. You are accumulating your fortune in good deed.
